INCENTIVE:

When he's approached, Harvey's confronted with the repercussions from Mike's trial. He's just finished taking Mike to jail only to find out his firm is a sinking ship. The realization that he's gotten everyone in a bit of a bind has set. This puts him in a different mindset from his usual confident and cocky demeanor. He's uncertain how to navigate this situation. As of now, he's swimming with a lot of regret and self-doubt. So when the Eudio agent approaches him, Harvey at first is extremely skeptical. It just sounds too good to be true. The idea of having a wish come true in exchange for doing his time sounds like a good solution. It's also something crazy enough that it might just work.

His main wish is to turn back time, in a sense that he'd know what he knew now before he hires Mike. He'd still probably hire Mike again, but there are a number of things he'd do differently.

Harvey has probably enough moxie, to try to fast talk the Eudio agent into getting him an incentives package. Getting Mike out of trouble is one thing, but a nicer car and regular expensive whiskey is another. Mike Ross takes precedeence over the MaCallan in the wish hierarchy. He would have drawn up an itemised contract, with cuddle time durations cited against incentive.

FIT:

Affection doesn't come easy for Harvey. Intimacy isn't just something he's good at. He's the sort of person that's long over due some hugs. It takes a lot for him to warm up to someone, but even then, he enjoys the fact that he maintains a level of distance with other people. He's really quite closed off emotionally. The only real exception to this rule is his ex-girlfriend, Scottie who he dated for years, but I'd imagine it took some time for him to warm. If it means getting what he wants however, he's willing to be the the best goddamn cuddler in the city. No one else is more focused or attuned to getting what he wants and he's willing to fake being cutesy to get it. He is pretty charismatic and sex positive, however, and considers banging not to be a problem. Emotions are gross.

CONSENT:

It's highly unlikely that Harvey would break consent. He has a hard line drawn on what is right and what is wrong. Consent isn't one of those things he's willing to cross. Harvey would be very adamant about only being intimate with consenting non-monogamous people nearer his age (jokes about Kate Upton aside).
